These terms explain the rules that apply when you use the E‑Bio Cares website, purchase a formulation or request a consultation.
01. Scope and acceptance
By accessing this website, placing an order or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. “E‑Bio Cares”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. E‑Bio Cares operates this online store and provides the products and services described on it.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, delivery and consultation information.
03. Products and information
Product descriptions, ingredients, directions and images are provided to help customers make informed decisions. Packaging may change without affecting the product’s essential nature. Customers should read the label, follow directions and seek qualified professional guidance where appropriate.
E‑Bio Cares products and website information are not emergency care and do not guarantee a particular health outcome.
04. Orders, prices and taxes
All orders remain subject to acceptance, product availability and payment confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and applicable taxes or delivery charges are shown before payment. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact the customer if an affected order cannot be fulfilled.
05. Payments
Payments may be processed through Shopify, Razorpay or another authorised payment provider. Payment details are handled by the relevant provider under its own security and privacy practices. A payment confirmation does not prevent an order from being cancelled where fulfilment is unavailable or legally restricted.
06. Consultations
Consultation requests are for coordination and general guidance. They are not emergency medical services and do not replace diagnosis or continuing care from a qualified medical professional. Consultation availability, rescheduling, cancellation and no-show rules are also governed by the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
07. Responsible use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected materials for commercial use or purchase products for unlawful resale.
08. Intellectual property
Website copy, branding, photographs, graphics, product presentation and other original materials belong to E‑Bio Cares or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without prior written permission.
09. Liability and availability
To the extent permitted by law, E‑Bio Cares is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of products, inaccurate customer information, third-party interruptions or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
